Kelvin R6 112 hp engine (will need a service before use, not been run for a while)
Hydraulic steering still in place
Nav instruments etc available but not fitted
Victron inverter in engine room & bank of batteries. (Unused since I've owned the boat so untested but the batteries will probably need replacing by now.)

2 x 1400 litre steel fuel tanks
grey water pump
biotank for toilet system
2 x 1000 litre water tanks and pump (not used, so untested - mains water on current mooring)
hot water tank with immersion heater
We've lived on board for 6 years now, and some of the rooms could do with repainting. Externally she could also do with a coat of paint and she needs new sacrificial anodes. She has just been inspected by a surveyor (July 2010) and the report will be available to buyers, as will the previous survey report and various old logs etc from her previous life as a working barge on the Humber.
I don't know if you want to use the info in your sales pitch or not, but she was featured on Channel 5's series Build A New Life In The Country. Her mooring is rented but subject to approval of the yard management it could be transferred to the people who buy her. There is a parking space with the mooring, and it's in a liveaboard community.
