GENERAL
Nelson 40, ex-pilot vessel, Valonia. Built in 1969 by Halmatics and fitted out by Watercraft in Shoreham. Powered by 2 of Cummins V504 V8 diesels with 3:1 reduction self change gearboxs, offering at least 18 knots. The interior has been converted for comfortable cruising, with galley, heads / wet room shower, reflex diesel heating, large double bunk in the fore, single in the saloon and a convertable double in the wheelhouse.
Valonia has been completley re-epoxied below the waterline, has had new shafts, bearings and props fitted. She comes ready to use with plenty of warp, chain and anchor windlass.
Fantastic sea boat, at good vlaue for money.
Useable as a pleasure vessel, or could go back to work.
